A Message from the President

Jesse-Kohl.jpg

As we begin 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on what made 2025 such a meaningful year for InterLutions. We experienced strong growth, welcomed new clients and partners, launched new solutions, and most importantly, supported credit unions through one of the most challenging renewal environments our industry has seen. I am incredibly proud of our team for renewing one hundred percent of our I-Care clients in the fourth quarter, a time when many employers were facing significant pressure and uncertainty. Our team stepped up, stayed focused, and delivered thoughtful guidance that helped credit unions move forward with confidence.

We also invested heavily in our people, our processes, and our partnerships. From leadership development and professional certifications to new automation and expanded health network access, every improvement was made with one goal in mind: delivering a better experience for our clients. The momentum we built in 2025 gives us a strong foundation as we look ahead.

In 2026, we are energized by what comes next. We are expanding our wellness programs, exploring new pooled benefit solutions, and continuing to collaborate with partners to bring innovative and accessible options to credit unions of all sizes. Our focus remains on helping credit unions care for their employees through smarter benefits, stronger support, and forward-thinking solutions. Thank you for being part of our journey. I look forward to another year of progress and partnership.
