Amy Pals

Amy joined InterLutions in November 2025 as Client Services Manager. In this key role, Amy manages and administers InterLutions’ employee benefit solutions for Wisconsin credit unions, ensuring strong client support, high-quality service delivery, and continued regulatory compliance. 

Amy joined InterLutions with more than 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–River Falls with a double major in Speech and Marketing Communications, she has built a broad background in plan management, client service, compliance, and employee engagement.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys golfing, gardening, snowshoeing, hiking, kayaking, and boating. She volunteers with her local Special Olympics chapter, assists with weekly yoga and cooking classes, and serves as Vice President of her church board. She resides in Hudson, Wisconsin, with her husband and their dog, Windsor, and has two grown children—one studying Packaging at UW–Stout and the other pursuing a career in well drilling.
